"I think I finally found chinos that fit"
I wasn’t totally sure about the sizing when I ordered, but these ended up fitting really well right out of the package. Maybe I just got lucky, but the fit feels spot on.

"Honestly really solid support"
I had some kind of issue with my order and reached out to customer service, and they fixed it way faster than I expected. The chat was easy, no weird back and forth or runaround. I just remember thinking, okay yeah, this is exactly how it should be handled. Felt really good about it overall.

"Worth it when you catch a sale"
Bonobos can feel a little expensive at full price, honestly. But the quality is solid, and when there’s a sale going on, it feels a lot more worth it. I’ve had good luck with the fit too, so I usually just wait for a deal and then grab what I need

"Quick shipping and a painless return"
I ordered a couple pairs of pants from Bonobos and, i’m already a little biased because I usually like their stuff. The order showed up faster than I expected, which was a nice surprise. One size didn’t work out, so I had to send it back, and the return process was way easier than I thought it would be. The refund came through without me having to follow up or nudge anyone, which I really appreciated

"good fit, but the quality can be hit or miss"
i’ve picked up a few things from Bonobos, and the fit has usually been solid for me. one pair of chinos has held up well, but another started fading and looking worn after just a couple washes. the shirts are comfortable, though they feel a little thin for the price. overall, it’s not bad, just feels kind of average for what you’re paying...
